1. Installing IPTV on Firestick Using IPTV Smarters
- Step 1: On your Firestick, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Enable Apps from Unknown Sources to allow third-party app installations.
- Step 2: Return to the home screen, select Find > Search, and look for the Downloader app. Install it.
- Step 3: Open the Downloader app and enter the IP-TV Smarters download link (provided by your IP-TV service) or download from an official website if available.
- Step 4: Install the IP.TV Smarters app and open it.
- Step 5: Enter the login details provided by your IP.TV service provider, such as the Username, Password, and Server URL.
- Step 6: Once logged in, you should see the channel list and start streaming.
2. Setting Up IP-TV on Roku Using Screen Mirroring
Roku doesn’t support direct installation of IPTV apps, but you can use screen mirroring from another device.
- Step 1: Go to Settings > System > Screen mirroring on your Roku and enable Screen Mirroring Mode.
- Step 2: On your mobile device, download an IP-TV player app (such as IP.TV Smarters).

3. Installing IPTV on Plex
Plex requires an additional plugin for IP-TV. Note that Plex removed official support for plugins, so this may be more complex.
- Step 1: Download a compatible IP-TV plugin, such as CCloud TV.
- Step 2: Add the IP-TV plugin to Plex’s plugin folder on your computer. Typically, this is located at
~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
for macOS orC:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-ins
for Windows. - Step 3: Place the IP-TV plugin files in this folder and restart Plex.
- Step 4: Open Plex, and you should see the IP-TV channels in the “Live TV & DVR” section.
4. General IP.TV App Setup
If your IPTV provider supports a general IPTV app, such as TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, or IP.TV Smarters, you can often follow these steps:
- Step 1: Download the IP.TV app from your device’s app store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore).
- Step 2: Open the app and choose the option to Add New Playlist or Add New User.
- Step 3: Enter the M3U URL or Xtream Codes API credentials provided by your IP.TV provider.
- Step 4: After the app authenticates, you should see the channel list and can start streaming.
